Dave is in the final year of his Doctorate of Ministry studies from Fuller Seminary. Dave has taught ministry students at Rochester College in Rochester, Michigan, and at Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas. Additionally, he consults with churches who are in the beginning stages of hiring new ministers to serve the local church, as well as, mentors youth ministers from all over the country.
Caryn, the author of this blog, has a Master of Arts from Abilene Christian University in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation and is a certified mediator through the state of Texas. Caryn serves as a conflict coach and mentor to those who struggle with resolving personal conflict and has facilitated Bible classes on the topic of conflict within the church. Caryn has been published multiple times in Christian Woman Magazine. One of Caryn’s hobbies is writing poetry.
In everything, the Blanchards work together as a team. While Caryn writes the blog, Dave edits and listens and shares ideas. They hope to work in a church that desires foremost to reach the lost, serve the poor, and love one another.
